Ghana Armed Forces Recruitment Forms 2022/2023

The Management of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has released its recruitment forms for the 2023–2024 academic year.

According to GAF, it is obliged for applicants to note that the Armed Forces of Ghana offers equal opportunities to applicants. There are no authorized intermediaries, and the advertised job openings are not for sale. Anyone caught acting as an agent or middleman will face criminal charges, and those who engage with them do so at their own risk. Anyone caught presenting forged documents will be arrested and prosecuted.

Entry Requirements For Ghana Armed Forces Recruitment 2022/2023

Eligible applicants should:

• Be a Ghanaian citizen by birth.
• Be of good character.
• Not be less than 18 years and not more than 26 years by 06 January 2023 for Regular Commission and not more than the respective Short Service Commission applicants.
• Be medically fit by Ghana Armed Forces standards.
• Be not bonded
• Be not married (for Regular Officer Candidates only).
• Be of a minimum height of 1.68m (5’6″) for males and 160m (5′ 4″) for females.

For Military Police Only; the minimum height for male applicants should be 1.75m (5’9’’) and 1.70m (5’7’’) for females.

Must Have the Following;

1. Six Credit passes in BECE including mathematics, and English Language.
2. Must have six credit passes in WASSCE including Core English Core mathematics and Science OR Six Credit passes in SSSCE (not less than D) including Core mathematics and Core English.
3. GCE O & A LEVEL-five credits (not less than 6) including English and Mathematics at GCE O Level and not less than D in three subjects and General Paper at GCE A level.

How to Apply For 2022/2023 Ghana Armed Forces Recruitment

1. Acquire an e-voucher for GHS 300.00 from designated post offices across the country.
2. Log on to the recruitment portal; https://apply.mil.gh/
3. Read through the entry requirements thoroughly.
4. Click on Apply Now to open the applicant authentication page.
5. Enter your card serial number, PIN Code and select your preferred arm of service, type of commission and click ‘Submit’.
6. Enter your personal details from pages 1 to 3
7. Click on the preview button to see the summary page of all the data provided.
8. Click on the submit button and expect an instant email and text message which includes your unique system-generated report identification number.
9. Print and keep a copy of the generated report, as you will be required to present it, if you are shortlisted. However, if you lose a copy of the final report, go back to the recruitment portal, click on the check details tab, enter your unique identification number sent to you by SMS/E-mail and order a reprint.

NOTE: applicants are expected to keep the used E-voucher as it will be inspected at every stage of the selection process.
