1. Quantity Surveyor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs

II. Estimate the quantity and costs of materials

III. Prepare contracts and documents

IV. Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials

V. Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs

VI. Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets

VII. Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors

VIII. Identify potential financial or construction risks

IX. Document progress, materials, and reports on project

X. Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors

Candidate Specification

Experience: 2 or more years an added advantage

Education Level: Degree

Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

Software: Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite

Terms and Conditions
